Refund policy

Since we have a 30-day return policy, you have 30 days to request a refund after receiving your product. 


In order for you to return your product, it must be in the same condition it was received, that is, unworn or used, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Only returns of damaged and incorrectly shipped products are approved.

You can contact us at destek@zenomed.shop to initiate a return. 

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Products sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damaged and Wrong Product
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item. This way we can evaluate the problem and fix it.

If you received a damaged or incorrect product in your order, please email it to destek@zenomed.shop with photos documenting the situation.



Exclusions/non-returnable items
Some types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), specialty items (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items and gift cards.




Changes
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you have and make a separate purchase for the new product once the return is accepted.




Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If your request is accepted, a refund will automatically be made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
