Shipping policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains the general conditions for the preparation, shipping and delivery of orders placed by Brotandsis. The following information has been prepared in compliance with the legislation on consumer protection.
Processing Time and Shipping
Order processing time: Your order will be prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
When your order is delivered, a tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail.
Note: Business day refers to Monday–Friday; Public holidays are not considered business days.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery: The package is delivered within 7–14 days on average after being shipped.
Delivery time; The delivery address may vary depending on the cargo company's intensity, weather conditions, campaign periods and regional conditions.
Total delivery time is calculated as processing time (1–3 business days) + shipping time (7–14 days) depending on the day your order is placed.
Delivery Areas
Delivery is made throughout Europe.
In rural/certain remote areas (island/mountainous etc.) additional days may be required depending on the carrier's schedule.

Order Tracking
When your cargo is on its way, you can view the package status via the tracking number sent via e-mail.

Delays and Exceptions
Public holidays, adverse weather conditions, campaign intensity, carrier-related operational reasons or force majeure may extend the delivery time.
Processing time may vary for pre-order or personalized products; Take the information on the product page as basis.
Address Change and Undeliverable Shipments
After placing your order, please send your address change request to destek@zenomed.shop as soon as possible. Changes after the cargo is released depend on the rules of the carrier company.
If the recipient is not found at the address during delivery, the carrier may attempt to re-deliver or the package may be kept at the nearest branch. A reshipment fee may be charged for shipments returned at the end of the period.
Damaged or Missing Product Notification
If you see external damage when receiving the package, please make a report and do not receive the package and contact us.
If you detect a missing/damaged product in the package, please write to destek@zenomed.shop with your order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Separate Shipping and Stock Status
Products in the same order may be shipped in separate packages depending on stock/warehouse status.
The words "in stock" or "pre-order" on the product page are valid.
Cancellation, Return and Exchange
For return/cancellation and right of withdrawal conditions, please review the Return and Refund Policy page.
Your cancellation requests are valid for 24 hours. Cancellation request will not be valid 24 hours after the order is placed.
Please contact us as soon as possible for your cancellation request before your cargo leaves.
